WE LINK INDUSTRY

A production line running inside the shutdown.

Electrical installation, automation and commissioning for industrial production lines and plants. We are deepest in mechanical wood processing and bio-heating plants, though the work itself is the same on any line.

INSTALLATION AND AUTOMATION

Switchboards, cable routes and field terminations along the whole line. We install to our own standard, which is tighter than the regulation asks for.

ONE PROJECT MANAGER. BY NAME.

You know who runs your project and you reach them directly. Calls get answered in the evening too, because a shutdown does not keep office hours.

HOW WE WORK

The date is agreed once.

  1. A project schedule on a site office wall with the handover date circled in red

THE SCHEDULE IS PART OF THE DELIVERY.

The date is agreed before work starts and it does not move quietly. If the scope changes along the way, you hear the effect on the schedule inside the same week. The habit in this trade is to announce a slip once it has already happened, and nobody adds people at that point.

  2. A single desk in a production hall: drawing roll, radio, hard hat, one chair

    ONE PROJECT MANAGER. BY NAME.

You know who runs your project and you reach them directly. Calls get answered in the evening too. Supervision is on site, which sounds obvious until you compare.

  3. A swept hall after a shift, tools in a closed trolley and cable offcuts in a marked bin

SITE TIDINESS IS ITS OWN REQUIREMENT.

It is the most common complaint in this trade, and honestly we have work to do on it ourselves. That is why it gets said out loud: offcuts, packaging and tools back in their place at the end of the day, batteries on charge. In a dusty plant it is also fire safety.

  4. An electrical drawing marked in red pencil with a yellow fault tag on an open panel handle

    MISTAKES SURFACE IMMEDIATELY.

If something breaks you hear it from us first, along with how it gets put right. The mistake is logged internally so the next crew does not repeat it.

SCALE

A shutdown is short. Everything is sized to fit it.

We work in Finland and across Europe. Handover documentation comes in Finnish, English or German, depending on who ends up running the line.
